NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that proposed changes in the Water and Sanitary Sewer Base Service Charges, Usage Fees, System Development Charges, and other miscellaneous fees for North Pecos customers was considered at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Pecos Water and Sanitation District was conducted on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:00 pm.
This meeting was held at the District offices located at 6900 North Pecos Street, Denver, CO 80221, and via Zoom. The meeting was open to the public. The Board held a public hearing to accept comments from the public and consider an increase in the water and sanitary sewer fees and charges, to be effective January 1, 2024. Final action was taken on these proposed fee and charges at this time.
